Welcome to Bigposting.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• Advertiser: A user who purchases guest posting services.
• Publisher: A user who provides guest posting opportunities.
• User: Any person who accesses or registers on Bigposting.com.
• Content: Any text, images, videos, or other materials uploaded or published through our platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.

4. Platform Usage

• Advertisers may purchase guest posting services from publishers listed on our platform.
• Publishers agree to fulfill orders in accordance with the agreed terms.
• All transactions must be conducted through our platform to ensure security and compliance.

5. Payments and Fees

• Advertisers must pre-fund their accounts to place orders.
• Publishers receive payments after successful order completion, subject to platform fees.
• All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars.
• Payments are currently accepted via PayPal, and additional payment methods, such as credit cards, may be introduced at our sole discretion.
• Bigposting.com reserves the right to modify commission percentages at any time. If you do not agree with an updated commission schedule, you may terminate your use of the service before the new rates take effect.

6. Content Guidelines

• Content submitted for guest posting must comply with all applicable laws.
• Prohibited content includes but is not limited to hate speech, illegal activities, and misleading information.
• Publishers reserve the right to reject content that does not meet their site standards.

7. Refund Policy

• Advertisers may request a refund if a publisher fails to deliver an order as agreed.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the order deadline.
• All prices are listed in Bigposting.com credits. 1 credit equals 1 USD. Users can purchase credits via PayPal or credit cards.
• Once credits are purchased, the service is considered provided, and payments become final and non-refundable. However, users may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing credits if they believe the transaction was made by mistake.
• Task payments are final and non-refundable, but if a task is not performed properly, the Buyer may request a dispute. Bigposting.com reserves the right to arbitrate disputes between Buyers and Publishers. If a dispute is resolved in favor of the Buyer, the refund will be credited to the Buyer's balance for future use within the platform.

8. Reselling Policy

Users are not permitted to resell guest post placements or links to third parties.

9. Service Reselling and Unauthorized Use

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this platform or its services without express written permission from Bigposting.com.

10. Service Interruption

• To ensure the best possible service, Bigposting.com reserves the right to interrupt services for maintenance, updates, or other changes, with appropriate notice to users when possible.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as force majeure (e.g., labor strikes, infrastructure failures, blackouts), the service may be temporarily unavailable beyond our control.
• If the service is permanently terminated, we will cooperate with users to allow them to withdraw their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of the content they submit.
• By submitting content, users grant Bigposting.com a license to use it for platform functionality and promotion.

12. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to treat all information obtained through the use of the platform as confidential, including but not limited to:
  • • Terms of agreements made between Advertisers and Publishers.
  • • Any non-public data available in the platform.
• The confidentiality obligation begins once a user gains access to confidential information and remains in effect for five (5) years after the termination of their account.
• Confidential information may only be disclosed in cases where required by law, regulatory authorities, or with the prior written consent of the other party.

13. Subcontractors

Bigposting.com may, at its discretion, engage subcontractors or third parties to perform and deliver services on its behalf.

14. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for disputes between advertisers and publishers.
• We do not guarantee specific SEO results from guest posts.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

15. Longevity and Guarantees of Publications

• Bigposting.com is not responsible for the actions of third parties regarding the availability of guest posts, domain stability, or content integrity after publication.
• We conduct a review of publications within 90 days and may consider buyer claims during this period.

16. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts violating these Terms and Conditions.
• Users may delete their accounts, but certain data may be retained for legal and security purposes.

17. Privacy Policy

By using Bigposting.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
